mox⋅ie

[mok-see]

–noun Slang.
1. vigor; verve; pep.
2. courage and aggressiveness; nerve.
3. skill; know-how.
So I know a girl…I know surprising for a blogger but it’s true.  Me and this girl are at the bar (not so surprising if you know me) and we are debating the Oregon State football quarterback situation.  Lyle Moevao vs. Sean Canfield.  MOXIE vs. Talent.  I hate “moxie”.  I prefer a talented quarterback.  One who provides his team with a talented option who will lead his team to victory.  Moxie is a poor excuse to tab a player as giving his team the best opportunity to win.  Moxie is what Brett Favre has.  Talent is what Aaron Rodgers has.  Give me the better player and you take moxie.  So the new blog name is mocking “moxie”.  Suck it moxie.  Give me Canfield and I will gladly take moxie as my back up plan.  The new blog name is mocking those that think moxie is a viable option.  Moxie should always be a back up plan.
So, fellas, if you are longing for a girl that will debate a college quarterback’s ability to lead and win, email me and I will give you her number.  Kidding, girl that debated a quarterback’s moxie with me.
I think I may have used the word “moxie” too many times in this post nevermind the overuse of quotation marks.
Sincerely,
Your humble blog host
